BEGINNER YOGA

No flexibility required, just curious – you move at your own pace and learn as you go

BOTTOM'S UP

This is a great lower body work out for your legs, quads, beautiful glutes, and calves. If you want to challenge your legs and glutes this is the class for you. After class you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

BUILD & BURN

In this full body circuit-style class we will move through stations designed to challenge strength and stability while building Lean muscle and burning calories. Suitable for all levels and modifications available.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Release stress and feel empowered with this high-energy, martial arts inspired workout. Its non-contact, easy-to-follow combinations of punching and kicking will burn calories, build stamina, and improve coordination. You will get a full body workout with a focus on the core, with both low and high impact options available (you choose!).  Give it a try! It’s a fun cardio workout that will complement your strength training routine.

DANCE FIT

Easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Feel the music and let loose. The best part of it all is that it does not even feel like exercise!

FLOW & FOCUS

A grounding practice that blends mindful movement with moments of stillness—helping you build strength, clarity, and balance both on and off the mat.

FUEL & FIRE

Fuel your drive and ignite your results in this high-intensity cardio class designed to torch calories, build endurance, and push your limits. Fuel and Fire blends explosive cardio intervals, athletic drills, and dynamic bodyweight movements for a total-body burn that leaves you energized, empowered, and drenched in sweat.

FUSION YOGA: ACTIVE YOGA FOR STRENGTH AND BALANCE

Fusion Flow Yoga is an invigorating active yoga program that blends traditional yoga principles with modern movement training to enhance strength, balance, and body awareness. Each session integrates breath-centered flow, dynamic poses, and mindful movement to deliver a complete yoga experience—while also targeting functional strength, stability, and coordination. Ideal for those seeking a holistic yet physically engaging practice, Fusion Flow challenges the body and centers the mind in perfect harmony.

Fusion Flow Yoga is for everyone, from beginners and yoga’s not for me people to seasoned practitioners. Enhance your current workout routine at Fit Effect by adding Fusion Flow Yoga to your weekly schedule.

GENTLE FIT

This class format is geared toward those who wish to start exercising or remain active, but have limitations either due to past inactivity, injury or are pushing through the challenges of aging gracefully. Anyone can participate and individual modifications are at the forefront. Reflect as you work out to your music not the typical club beat. Please inform the instructor of health-related limitations prior to class.

H.I.T.T. & CORE

This 2-in-1 class combines fat-burning HIIT cardio with core-strengthening exercises to maximize results. The first half of the class is dedicated to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which alternates between moderate and all-out intensity. Research shows that HIIT workouts offer a variety of health benefits, including weight loss, enhanced cardiovascular health, and a boosted metabolism—achieved in a fraction of the time compared to other workouts. After the cardio session, we shift focus to building a strong core, which is crucial for achieving all your fitness goals—whether it’s improving balance, posture, lifting power, or reducing back pain. With new exercises each week, this class stays fresh, fun, and continuously challenges your body in different ways.

POWER PILATES

Pilates is a series of dynamic, low-impact exercises that target the core while building strength, flexibility, control, and endurance in the whole body.  I love that these exercises can be modified to suit any level, ensuring you are always challenged.  I spice up your weekly classes to keep you engaged by adding various props into the flow.

RISE & GRIND

This full body HIIT style class will leave you sweaty and energized for the rest of your day. Suitable for all levels and modifications available.

STEP TO IT

Step aerobics is fun, heart pumping, calorie burning full body cardio workout. This 30-minute moderate intensity choreographed class will get you stepping on a box to up-lift music. Reap the benefits of improved cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal health while enhancing your balance, agility and coordination.

THEMED YOGA

Step onto your mat for a yoga class that’s always fresh and inspiring. Each week brings a new theme, so your practice is always changing 

YOGA SCULPT

It’s the perfect blend of mindful movement and strength training. In this energizing class, we flow through yoga sequences while adding light weights and resistance moves to build endurance
