I have been to a number of gyms in the last 15 years and I can honestly say The Fit Effect is by far the best. The staff are great, the facility is always very clean and maintained, and the range of equipment is excellent. This is THE spot to go to if you’re in Brantford/Paris. Highly recommend!

Nick and staff run the best gym anywhere as far as I’m concerned. It is clean, big and has everything anyone would want from the novice to the super gym rat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The vibe is super friendly and helpful to anyone that needs a little encouragement to keep going. Highly recommend.

Best gym in the brantfrod/Paris area. Great quality machine, multiples of everything so you’re never waiting. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The new facility is massive and immaculately clean. I’ve tried most of the gyms in brantford, and none of them are even close to the fit effect

Great gym! Very clean facility and Nick (the owner) is incredibly friendly. Great place if you also want to get serious about lifting as they have belts, chalk, straps, pads, etc at your disposal.
